Ways To Get Involved

The Margaret Aylward Center was founded to provide resources for those who lacked them. It continues to be run by volunteers who selflessly donate their time, money, and skills. If you are interested in volunteering and/or sharing your skills to help improve the Margaret Aylward Center, you can volunteer in many ways:

Help sort donated clothes. We are fortunate to receive donations in the form of donated clothes. We are currently in the process of sorting clothes by size to help our community members better.

Organize a food drive for the Center. Unfortunately, with the rising cost of food and stagnant pay rates, consistent food has become a difficult goal for many families. The Margaret Aylward Center has food drives and is always in need of non-perishable food.

Donate your time for a yard sale. Yard sales have become essential to raising funds to help maintain the resources we give to community members. Volunteers are always in need of helping put on a yard sale.

Give an informative workshop. Do you have a specific skill/expertise in a subject beneficial for community members? If so, please consider giving a workshop that would empower our community members for the better.
